Please read instructions carefully before taking an impression, and ask for advice if unsure. We supply one impression kit with your purchase but additional kits must be paid for in the event of a mistake on your part. We will let you know if your impression is not satisfactory and to begin the process again.

Please treat your jewellery with care as any broken items will not be refunded. We can offer advice but we take no responsibility for any personal injury due to misuse of our products. Do not sleep, eat, drink or smoke while wearing grillz.

Grillz are to be worn on a temporary cosmetic basis, they are a medical device or a replacement for your natural teeth, by ordering grillz you admit that you are in good oral and dental health.

In extreme circumstances a partial refund may be available, but once the impression kit has been shipped there cannot be any refunds.

As part of your order you agree to pay for return shipping of your impression and any customs charges involved
